Bailey had to spend a few days in the Kennel while Mr. Porter and I went out of town to consult with surgeons for my upcoming mastectomy.
When I arrived at the Kennel to pick Bailey up, he did the usual doggie happy dance.
But now that we are home, I think he just wants some peace and quiet. A little privacy is in order.
After spending three days cooped up with a bunch of barking dogs, he just wants a little solitude.
Poor Bailey! I don’t blame him. Barking dogs can be so annoying! Continued prayers for the next leg of your journey SueAnn. Take care.. 🙂

Poor Bailey! Sometimes, sticking one’s head under the couch is the best possible therapy. Give him scritches from me.

Yes, I know how he feels. I guess “head under the couch” is equivalent to a human’s “head under the covers.” Poor pup!

I can understand. I’m an introvert and sometimes too much outside stimulation is more than I can take! Good luck to you on your new journey. Keeping my thoughts on you.

Thank you Terri. I am also an introvert, and usually after a party (even if I LIKE the people and have a good time…) I have to come home and sleep.

I pray all went well for you in surgery and that healing comes soon.

Thank you Tony. I actually did not have the surgery yet; it was a consult but I accept all your good thoughts and prayers!
