Sometimes it’s time to move on. It’s time to leave someone’s life or let them leave yours.
Sometimes it’s time to walk out of that job and say, “BYE!”
Sometimes a person in your life has pushed your limit of how much verbal abuse, manipulation, and control you can endure.
It’s time to tear the tentacles off yourself and move on.
As you leave, tell them, “Happy Trails.”
But I’m outta here.
I hope this doesn’t mean you are not going to be blogging any more. In any case, I hope you have a great holiday season.

my private site was where I recorded thoughts about my husband’s pancreatic cancer illness. I wrote about it in a book IT IS WHAT IT IS on Amazon.com.

…. and some manipulators are so talented, that they can twist it around to make it your fault.
Been there. Done that. Have the t-shirt AND secret decoder ring. (p.s. The decoder ring comes with experience… in which you are duly awarded when you realize you’ve been duped, manipulated, gas-lighted, and the victim of a narcissist and are wiser now because of it!)
I’d wager to bet you already have your ring… but if not, you are welcome to borrow mine! 🙂

It was crazy, after I posted this, one surf led to another and I found myself on YouTube learning about Narcissists! I didn’t even realize that’s what this person is. I didn’t know this person too well. Just well enough to know that I don’t want to!
Yes, from earlier in my life, I have the t-shirt and secret decoder ring, as well as a lovely diploma suitable for framing.
I guess I was using Narcissistic Radar that I forgot I had. 😀

Trust your ‘gut’……… always. It’s way better than a decoder ring! LOL 🙂
Good job freeing yourself from those tentacles!
