What does occupy mean? According to Mr. Strong’s Concordance:

1) to be occupied in anything

2) to carry on a business

3) to carry on the business of a banker or a trader

We all know about the “Occupy Wall Street” movement. These people camped out in parks. They made their presence known to the surrounding area. You could not say that you didn’t notice them.

As Christians, we need to be out in the world, so people know we are around. Instead of waiting to be “raptured” out of here, we are to be about the Father’s Business. People need to know why we are here.
