Medical Update – Breast Cancer Surgery – and other stuff

voice7Hi Faithful Readers,

I have an appointment with a local Plastic surgeon Aug 6. If she can do the surgery that I want, I will probably go with that.

I have another appointment, Aug 12 at the other Plastic surgeon 3 hours away.

I’m hoping that after the Aug 6 consultation, I’ll be able to make my decision, get the surgery on the schedule, and start planning for help! I have had so many people tell me to let them know when I need help..it’s a good feeling. So Hubby and I should be all set for food and vacuuming. Ā I hope.

I have been working on a blog post for several weeks…I don’t want to publish it until I’m “finished.” I did pass it by a writer friend for her opinion. Sometimes we all just need a friendly, “yeah, keep going!” The “bad” voices in my head are not as loud as they once were and that is a good thing. The “good” voices in my head are getting louder, thank God!

I better go to bed now. I really like the nighttime…no distractions. No phones. No one knocking at the door, nobody ringing the bell.
