Dear Pastor Coverstone: I believe you

Dana Coverstone’s YouTube video of his prophetic dreams has gone viral. If you missed it, you can find it here:

Warning. Not for the faint of heart.

Immediately the “Prophets” took to the airwaves to dismiss this as “not from God because there is no redemptive quality.“

Hmmm. I thought our redemption was based on the fact that Jesus will never forsake us, and that our names are written in the Lamb’s book of life?

Do you know what goes on in Nigeria on a daily basis? Churches are burned, Christians are killed. Their lives are in danger every second of every day.

“Prophets” have spent hours on social media telling us that Pastor Coverstone is wrong.

What if instead they spent that time praying for the country?

Why does the American church think we are owed something?

Of course I hope the things in the dreams don’t come to pass. But why tear this man down? Let’s pray.

Lord I love this country. You have blessed us more than we deserve. But we still have great sin in this land. Forgive us and have mercy on us. In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen!
