Tinman(“worth doing badly / wordpress”)  has a feature where he doesn’t have a camera, and writes a story. I’d like to do a twist, whereas I have a camera but don’t know how to use the stupid thing.

I seem to have some spare time on my hands (I’ve traded it for sleep, you gotta do it once in a while ya know.)

I found some great pics that I’d like to share with you!

Sometimes I forget how the camera works, or what setting I’m on, and well, you can tell I’m not a professional!

The topper fell off the cake
The topper fell off the cake–actually my photog skills are fine on this, it’s the subject matter with the issue.

These were M & M's with the bride and groom's pics on them...I must have had the camera on the wrong setting.

  1. I remember coming back from a great holiday with my school years ago and persuading my Mum to take me to the shops the very next day to get my six rolls of film developed. I waited impatiently for weeks before getting them back. When I finally opened them up and had a look, most of them were a bit like those. I had a lot of tops of heads or dots in the distance that I hadn’t zoomed in on properly. Even worse, I appeared to have opened the back of the camera at one point and half of one of the films was ruined. I’d had a lot of fun taking them though!

  2. These look very much like the photos my husband takes when we are on vacation. I must remember to put that camera in MY bag so I can try to get better pictures.

    1. LOL. At least now, with a digital camera, I can see how bad they are right away, and try again. When I used to use those “disposable” cameras, You really wouldn’t know what happened until after you got this pics back (and paid for them.)
Yes, it sounds like you need to keep the camera!!
